Using PayPal you have two options. The first is logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account on the PayPal screen click the link "Pay with a debit or credit card". This will allow you to pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card by filling out the information required. You will not need a PayPal account to use this option.
Checkout Instructions: At Patti’s Book Nook checkout click on Proceed to Secure Checkout. Confirm your order, billing address and shipping address. Click Next to proceed and select shipping method and either Certified Check, Personal Check, or Money Order as Payment Method. Click Continue to review and click Complete Order to complete your order. You will receive an invoice email shortly after placing your order.
Certified Check, Personal Check, or Money Order in US Dollar funds. Payment must be received within 7 days of order to avoid cancellation. Our bank requires up to a 5 business day hold for payment to clear. Posted dated checks not accepted. Returned checks have a $25.00 return fee.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of book or item. The amount you paid for the item PLUS shipping will be refunded IF THE BOOK OR ITEM DOES NOT MATCH ITS STATED DESCRIPTION, otherwise the amount of refund will be limited to the purchase price. Please contact us BEFORE returning any item.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Products found not to be defective have a 20% re-stocking fee. Handling, insurance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be for the product purchase price.
We ship the next business day upon receipt of full cleared payment to United States. Although we ship the next business day, we can not guarantee shipping transit times. Transit times include business days only excluding holidays and vary by shipping carrier, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions.
